I guess people gave low ratings because of the much higher price point for dinner. Lunch sets are much more affordable, and I notice many local Japanese eat here too. The tempura set is lovely, even the ground radish tastes sweet and fresh. The obansai buffet consists of small side dishes of veggies which are all very tasty. I think they make their own tofu, which tastes creamy and sweet. I especially like their veggie salad, very fresh, crunchy and sweet. This is a healthier option on the Ramen Street @ The Cube Kyoto Station.

Beef was super chewy and the tempura honestly wasn't all that great. They provide a buffet of side dishes, but variety is rather low. Overall not a bad place, but the surrounding restaurants appear a lot better in comparison to this place.

Food is good.Place is good.Staff is very good.This restaurant is good performance.But, Kyoto is a lot of high price restaurant in night time. If you have tired I recommend this restaurant.And then,I guess you can feel good Kyoto food(Obanzai) and atmosphere.

I went for lunch.All you can eat for 60 minutes.The serving time of the main dishes was very fast.If you don't even have a bowl of bread, you will be able to eat many different dishes without getting bored.

I ordered a Japanese-style Japanese beef grilled grilled meal, but the quality of the meat was too bad. To be honest, the meat was like fat and muscle mass.

Just.. weird. Strange cuts of chicken, chewy (but nice) beef that you grill yourself. Kyoto specific side dishes that are plain weird. Not bad, but there's much better food around.
